Exchange and return policy

Any order placed on our store allows you to return one or more items for the following reasons:

1. The size doesn't fit.
2. You don't like the product.
3. The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged.
4. You received an item by mistake that wasn't included in your initial order.

If you wish to return one or more items for any of these reasons, you have a 30-day period starting from the date of receipt.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

- Shipping costs are not refunded in the case of a refund request.
- If shipping was offered and would have been charged without the returned product(s), the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- All returns from outside France are at your expense.
- Items from partner collections and/or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any return request made after the 30-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team. We reserve the right to approve or deny the return, and shipping costs will be at your expense.

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

- They must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- They must include their original tags.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the items have been used in any way (e.g., traces of deodorant, makeup, sweat, odors, and various stains...).
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Once our team has verified the items, we will proceed with the refund to your bank account, following the conditions mentioned above. The refund process usually takes 48 to 72 hours.

Our store utilizes SSL encryption technology to ensure maximum security, particularly for data protection in online banking services.

Currently, payments can be made by Credit Card or Paypal. We do not accept bank checks or payment on delivery.
